Arrive 10 minutes early
We’ll greet you warmly, show you around, and get you set up with a mat and any props you need.
Tell us about you
A quick chat about any injuries or concerns. We’ll modify exercises to suit your body.
Enjoy the class

I’ve never done Pilates before. Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our classes welcome all levels. Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise, so you can work at your own pace while still being challenged appropriately.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide all equipment including mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Just bring water and yourself!
How do I use the 20% discount code?

Where are your studios located?
We have studios across Essex including Chelmsford, Brentwood, and Billericay. Check our schedule to find the venue nearest to you.
What if I need to cancel a class?
We understand life happens. You can cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit refund. Our app makes it easy to manage your bookings.
